Native Americans in North America once practiced the Sun Dance to pray for the renewal of the world, for the well-being of their people, and for their hunting prey. We can use the Sun Dance to feel lighter, more fun, and more alive. You'll learn movements from jazz dance as well as elements of oriental dance. Suitable for all ages, beginners, boys, and girls alike. What you need: Comfortable clothing, a towel, and a good mood. The sun is looking forward to more sun dancers. Let's go.
