Push the sofa aside and turn the living room into a dance floor! In a playful way, we discover the joy of movement, to music, and dancing. With simple step sequences and choreographies, we move freely around the room. Games, verses, and short poems help us easily remember the step sequences and rhythmic musical exercises. Cognitive and coordination skills are promoted. We also use colorful accessories such as scarves. There are no limits to your own creativity. Fun and enjoyment are always the focus.
