Children's yoga (Sadghuru)

"When yoga is part of children's growing up, it goes a long way in building a stable individual and therefore a nation"
Every week there is an hour in which children's yoga is practiced. Under the guidance of a children's yoga teacher, various exercises and small asanas are practiced in a playful way.
Our teaching week always begins with a meditation, a yoga song or an exercise.
Yoga has also been proven to help children and young people reduce stress and build self-confidence. With us, children's yoga doesn't just mean practicing physical exercises, but also to come to yourself. We also talk about feelings or do small creative projects that have to do with the topic of the lesson. The combination of letting go, tensing and connecting allows the children to ground, relax and come to terms with themselves. It also promotes perception, awakens the joy of movement and promotes concentration. It improves your sense of balance, lets you feel your own muscles and strength and most importantly: it's fun! After all, it's fun to be a dog, a cobra or a tree ;).
